Many companies consider that their involvement with a product finishes once it is handed over to a client but we also offer a complete servicing and maintenance package for all fall arrest and lifting equipment which includes supply of loan equipment if required. Our technicians have been fully trained in all aspects of repair and maintenance of the fall arrest and work position product ranges at the North Manufacturing Plant in the Netherlands and are able to undertake any level of service ranging from simple inspection to full overhaul with major component replacement as necessary. All maintenance works undertaken will automatically result in the generation of a detailed inspection and test certificate to be issued with the item of plant when it is returned to the owner.

Once an item of equipment is sold and taken into use we issue a reminder to the owner two weeks in advance of the date when the next statutory examination is due to assist them in complying with their legal obligations. If owners are using equipment in particularly aggressive environments we can also assist in prescribing an appropriate inspection regime to suit the amount of use the equipment undergoes and/or the conditions to which it is exposed.
